Salon Talk
Organizer: Binna Lee
Speaker: Binna Lee & Invited Speakers
The Salon Talk is a recurring, inquiry-based conversation space centered on embodied cognition, phenomenological experience, perception, emotion, and human agency.
Each session brings together a guest whose practice or thinking engages with lived experience—how the body senses, how meaning is formed, how emotions arise, and how agency is exercised within creative, social, and cognitive processes.
Rather than presenting fixed theories or outcomes, the Salon unfolds through dialogic exploration. The guest and host reflect on experiences, tensions, uncertainties, and insights, which are then opened to participants for shared discussion.
The Salon treats experience itself as knowledge—inviting multiple perspectives to coexist, unfold, and inform one another. Through this collective inquiry, participants are encouraged to reflect on how perception, embodiment, and emotional awareness influence thought, decision-making, and creative practice.
